We are happy to announce that our yearly Medusa User Meetings are back from a pause during the pandemic. Much has happened and we are excited to present the key highlights of recent Medusa EAM development and insights to you.
Medusa (EAM) User Meeting Agenda
We have many updates since our last User Meeting in 2019; a new version of Medusa has been released, our product roadmap has been updated according to your needs, and Medusa has expanded to many new healthcare organizations.
The Medusa User Meeting agenda will be, but not limited to, the following:
- Next Medusa product release, with focus on contract management.
- Highlights in the current Medusa version v7.0
- New integration opportunities to external systems.
- Information security.
- Using data analytics to get an overview of your operations.
- Knowledge transfer between customers.
Starting 25 October
The User Meeting will start the 25 October at 12:00 and ends the next day the 26 October at 14:00.
The day will start with a free lunch and mingle. And of course, coffee and tea will be available through the entire User Meeting. Also, entirely free.
Centre of Malmö, Sweden
The event will take place in the centre of Malmö at Jungmansgatan 12, 211 19 Malmö, Sweden.
Malmö has excellent public transportation options to, inside, and from the city. The closest airports are Malmö Airport (MMX) and Copenhagen Airport (CPH). From each airport, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Malmö Central station. From there, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the User Meeting. There is a numerous hotel selection to choose from in Malmö.

You can book your ticket until 4 October. Our last User Meeting had a lot of attendees, so we might have to limit the number of available tickets per customer.
